Agreement and scope

Using the site.

These Terms of Use apply to the Themed Word Search Mix website. By browsing the pages, using the interactive sample or submitting the contact form, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, do not use those features.

The available project records identify Viktor Churek as the author and puzzle creator. They do not yet identify a separate site-operating company or legal notice address. Those details must be confirmed before public launch.

What the site provides

Information, creation and exploration.

The email-confirmation link expires after 24 hours. The default limit is one delivered puzzle per 24 hours and three per seven days unless a different limit is clearly shown before submission.

Purchases and retailers

The site is not the checkout.

The printed books are independently published, and verified links on this site open their matching Amazon.com product pages. Any purchase is made on Amazon under Amazon’s current price, availability, taxes, shipping, privacy notice, return policy and customer-support terms.

Amazon, not this informational site, is responsible for the transaction, payment processing, fulfilment and retailer support. A verified destination confirms the matching edition URL at the time checked; it does not guarantee continuing stock, price or delivery terms.

Acceptable use

Use the site without harming it.

You may browse public pages, use the interactive puzzle and request a free printable sample for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You must not:

  interfere with the site, bypass confirmation, quotas or other security controls, or attempt unauthorised access;

  send malicious code, automated requests, spam or knowingly false contact information;

• 03

  submit unlawful, abusive or infringing words, or personal and confidential information without selecting the provided warning;

  use high-volume tools to extract puzzle grids, word lists or other protected material;

• 05

  copy, republish, sell or distribute book interiors or sample content without permission or another lawful basis;

• 06

  use the site in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.

Ordinary browser use and assistive technology are not prohibited by this section.

Content and permissions

View is not a transfer of rights.

The manuscripts, identified original puzzles and series material are credited to Viktor Churek. Site text, layouts, sample selections, graphics and other original material may also be protected by copyright, trademark or related rights.

The site grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to access its public pages and use the on-screen sample for personal, non-commercial purposes. It does not grant permission to reproduce a book, create a competing puzzle collection from extracted material, remove ownership notices or distribute copies.

Exceptions and limitations provided by applicable law—such as quotation, criticism, review, education or other permitted uses—remain unaffected. For use beyond those limits, submit a rights and permissions request.

Words, messages and corrections

Send only what you may share.

Do not enter passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers or unnecessary confidential information. The custom-word form specifically recommends against personal or confidential words.

If custom words do contain personal or confidential information, select the provided warning. Those words are used only to create the requested puzzle and are deleted after the puzzle email is sent. If the warning is not selected, individual normalised words may be checked, deduplicated, counted and added to the site’s candidate word database without a link to the email address.

Submitting an ordinary word does not transfer ownership of that word or represent that the user owns it. The site independently reviews candidate words before using them in its working database. Do not submit copied protected collections or material that infringes another person’s rights.

Contact messages remain limited to reviewing the request, replying, investigating a reported issue, protecting the service or meeting legal obligations. They are not published as reviews or testimonials without separate permission.

Accuracy and availability

Verified facts, visible limits.

The site aims to keep book mechanics, manuscript statistics and edition details accurate. It separates verified information from unavailable retail facts and invites correction reports.

Marketplace prices, stock, delivery estimates, listing status and third-party pages can change without notice. No such current marketplace promise is made unless it is clearly dated and sourced. The site may correct errors, update pages, change a sample or temporarily withdraw a feature.

The puzzles are offered for entertainment. The site does not make medical, therapeutic, cognitive-performance or guaranteed educational claims.

External links

Another site means another operator.

Links to Amazon.com open a service controlled by that third party. Its content, accessibility, availability, security, prices and policies are outside this site’s direct control.

A link does not guarantee continued availability or imply endorsement beyond the clearly stated reason for linking. The current retailer URLs contain no affiliate tracking tag; any future commercial or affiliate relationship must be disclosed before tracked links are used.

Responsibility and limits

Reasonable boundaries.

The current site is provided for book information, comparison and puzzle sampling. It is offered on an “as available” basis, and uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device cannot be guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site operator is not responsible for loss caused solely by an external retailer, unauthorised use of the site, circumstances outside reasonable control or reliance on time-sensitive third-party information that is clearly identified as such.

Law, changes and contact

No invented jurisdiction.

The project records do not confirm the site operator’s legal address or a governing-law choice. A jurisdiction clause will not be invented. Before public launch, those details should be confirmed and reviewed without overriding any mandatory protections available to visitors.

If one part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply where legally possible. These terms may be updated when the site adds material functionality, commercial links or a public operating entity. The effective date at the top will change when material revisions are published.

Questions, correction reports and permissions requests may be submitted through the contact page once its visible status says “Delivery connected.” Personal-data handling is explained in the Privacy Policy.
